The feedback is hiding in six different apps

Please collect your comments from the car park, the voice note and the screenshot of a screenshot.

One correction is in the document. Another arrived by text. A third exists only in a sentence somebody remembers hearing near the lift.

Scattered feedback creates two jobs: making the changes and investigating whether you found all the changes. The second job is rarely included in anyone's triumphant announcement that the comments are ready.

Agree one place for consolidated feedback. Ask the client team to resolve contradictions before sending it, and identify who can clarify a comment. The tool matters less than everybody using the same arrangement.

When feedback arrives elsewhere, move it into the agreed record and confirm your interpretation. Do not rely on an unlabeled screenshot to tell you which version is being discussed.

Before the next round, summarise what changed and what still needs a decision. This makes omissions easier to spot without replaying the entire correspondence.

The voice note may have a beautiful emotional range. It remains a difficult place to store an approved measurement.

About this dispatch
